Nothing brings me greater joy than helping people re-connect to their physical body through movement. The personal training space is saturated with trainers promoting more restriction and harsh, unrealistic workout plans. You can achieve your goals without punishing yourself in the gym. I’m a self-titled “holistic personal trainer.” I look at all parts of you to help you achieve your goals!

Weekly sessions vary based on individual goals, stress, sleep, personal needs etc.

All sessions begin with a postural and movement analysis.

I have been working with Emily for two years now and it is the longest period of time I have consistently exercised my entire life. I feel that Emily understands my strengths and weaknesses and is a positive guide throughout many aspects of my life. I truly enjoy (and truthfully, need) our sessions for both peace of mind and feel-good strength. I am very grateful for the personalized attention and gentle guidance.
